At Climb Europe, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
